Book an Appointment With Our Advising Team

This appointment booking system is for enrolled students only. Appointments are typically conducted in person. However, students can select an online appointment (via Zoom) if preferred.

Please note Ms. Glaus is not available for advising appointments from April 23, 2024 to May 3, 2024.

Steps To Make An Appointment

Steps To Book An Appointment with Ms. Glaus

  1. Log in to TracCloud
  2. Click on “Schedule an Advising Appointment“
  3. Use Dropdown Choose a service/reason…, Select “Health Professions Program”
  4. Use the drop-down, “Choose a service/reason…,” and Select “HP Advising Session“
  5. Click “Search“
  6. Appointment availability (in-person or online) will be displayed.  click on the session Day/Time that works for you. Once you select the session, you can enter notes that will get sent to the Health Profession Program Office.  Click, “Confirm.”
  7. An email confirmation will be sent to you and Ms. Glaus
  8. You will find this session in your Upcoming Appointments listed by date, i.e. Mon December 4, 2023.  Select “week” or “list” to have all displayed.
  9. Be on time. If you selected for your appointment to be online, you will receive a Zoom link 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If you are employed by the Hub or are a SA Peer Mentor, you must switch to your student profile view to book your appointment and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Other tab
  2. click “Switch to Student Account“
  3. Then follow the steps to make the appointment

Steps to Make An Appointment with Prof. Waters

To make an appointment with Prof. Waters, please come by her office in the Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center (room 218) or email her directly at watersn@lafayette.edu.

 

Steps to Join an Online Appointment

  1. Log in to TracCloud
  2. Within your upcoming events, find the scheduled appointment. You should find the online icon in the left corner of the appointment block.
  3. 5 minutes before the meeting, click on “Click here to join your online session.”
  4. This will take you to a waiting room. the advisor will admit you to the meeting.
  5. Please know that the link is not available until 5 minutes before the appointment time and if you are later than 15 minutes, the link will be unavailable.

Where to go for in-person meetings

For meeting with Ms. Glaus, please come to the Health Professions Program office, Scott Hall, first floor and use the kiosk computer to sign in.  The office assistant can help you if you have questions.  Once you sign in, the advisor will be notified of your arrival.

For your meeting with Prof. Waters, please come to 218 Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center.
