College Transcripts

Lafayette College transcripts may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office located in 215 Markle Hall, (610) 330-5090.

The HPAC committee is not responsible for obtaining your transcripts for inclusion in your official health professions school application. Please remember, you are responsible for all aspects of the official application, including the submission of transcripts from all institutions attended. Keep in mind that the official application instructions vary regarding transcript submission.

Please note: While the HPAC will accept grades from study abroad/off-campus programs noted on your Lafayette transcript, this is not true for the health professional schools themselves. As such, you are responsible for acquiring/submitting official copies of transcripts from all colleges/universities attended including:

• Lafayette College
• Study Abroad and Off-Campus Programs
• Summer school programs/Courses taken during the summer from other institutions and
• Any college/university courses taken prior to matriculation to Lafayette College that are not part of your high school transcript (e.g., courses taken that show up on your Lafayette transcript)

Forgetting to submit these transcripts will seriously delay the completion of your official application to health professions programs.
